To craft precision bespoke outfits and synchronize door delivery, we collect the following categories of data:

• Identity & Contact Information: Your full name, delivery address (residential or corporate), WhatsApp phone number, and email address.
• Anatomical Body Metrics: Chest, neck, shoulder width, sleeve length, bicep, wrist, waist, hip, thigh, trouser length, and ankle measurements, along with posture preferences (e.g., standard, athletic, broad shoulder, slim drape).
• Visual Fit Artifacts: Photographs submitted by you or captured by an accredited doorstep fitter during measurement sessions to analyze posture and shoulder drop.
• Payment Identifiers: Transaction tokens generated by licensed payment processors (Paystack/Flutterwave). PrimeStitch does not view or store your full card numbers, CVVs, or bank security PINs.

We process your data exclusively for the following tailoring and operational functions:

• Pattern drafting and chalk layout by certified master tailors on our Aba benches.
• Real-time production milestone tracking across our 9-stage tracker.
• Dispatching courier updates and WhatsApp notifications regarding your guaranteed delivery date.
• Maintaining your private Digital Fit Profile for 1-click reorders without repeating measurements.
• Coordinating certified doorstep fitters to your home or office address.

PrimeStitch will never sell, lease, or monetize your personal details or body measurements to third-party advertisers.

We share limited, strictly necessary information only with:

• Assigned Master Tailors: Provided only with anonymized order codes and required anatomical dimensions needed to cut cloth.
• Certified Logistics Partners: (GIG Logistics, DHL Express, local dispatch riders) Provided with your shipping address and recipient phone number to deliver your garment.
• Payment Gateways: Paystack and Flutterwave for PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant transaction execution.

Your measurements and account profile are encrypted in transit using 256-bit TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption and stored in secure data centers with continuous intrusion monitoring.

We retain your measurements for as long as your account remains active so that you can commission new outfits seamlessly. If an account has been inactive for three (3) years, or upon your explicit deletion request, body measurement records are securely permanently purged.

As a data subject in Nigeria, you retain the following statutory rights:

• Right of Access: You can review all measurements and orders stored in your profile at any time on /account.
• Right to Rectification: You may update or calibrate your measurements before any fabric is cut.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You may request complete deletion of your Fit Profile and contact details.
• Right to Portability: You may request an export of your measurements in standard digital format.
